KRHC extends Wednesday walk in vaccine clinics

Community Health of Kossuth Regional Health Center will continue to offer walk in vaccine clinics for H1N1 and the seasonal flu on Wednesday afternoons until further notice.

Walk in vaccine clinics will be held on Wednesdays from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Community Health offices, located in the lower level of Kossuth Regional Health Center. 

“We will offer these walk in vaccine clinics until further notice and would especially encourage parents with children under age 10 that need a second dose of the H1N1 vaccine to come in and receive their second dose for full protection,” said Carol Gress of KRHC Community Health.

The cost of the seasonal flu vaccine is $27 for flu shots and $45 for flu mist. The H1N1 vaccine is free.  For more information about H1N1 or seasonal flu vaccines, contact the KRHC Flu Hotline at 515-295-4451.
