Home Health Care
Home Health Care involves a variety of services. We provide skilled Nursing, Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies. We also provide Home Care Aides who assist with bathing and personal care.

We see patients after they have had a change in their health status requiring nursing assessment and care. This may include medication instruction and management, teaching the management of a new disease, wound cares, IV therapy, and post surgical cares.

All care is ordered by a physician with frequent communication and consultation regarding the patients’ progress or problems. We are able to take referrals from Drs., hospitals, nursing facilities, and individuals. These services are provided by a variety of payers including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurances, and others. Many payers, but not all, require that the patient be homebound in order for services to occur in the home setting.
