Obstetrics/The Family Birthing Center
If you are pregnant or planning to have a baby, consider delivering
your baby close to home at Kossuth Regional Health Center.
KRHC has six family physicians performing births at any time of the day and three physicians who perform c-sections.
If you have any questions contact Martha Hoffman, OB Coordinator, 515-295-2451 ext. 225.

BIRTHING SUITES - In May of 1995, as the result of
a building and renovation project, KRHC created three Labor, Delivery,
Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) birthing suites which serve as the Family
Birthing Center. This facility allows families to enjoy this special
time in the comfort and privacy of their own room, surrounded by the
family and friends they choose. The newest addition to your family can
remain in your room or in the security of our nursery.
