Services
Physical Therapy provides an evaluation and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary diagnoses. The evaluation includes, but is not limited to, range of motion, muscle strength, balance, ambulation, skin condition, posture. Treatment involves hand-on approach for massage, myofascial release, stretching, exercise, modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, microcurrent, TENS.
Appointments
Most insurance companies require a physician referral for reimbursement, but patients can also see a physical therapist without a referral. Contact the Physical Therapy department, at 515-295-2451, ext. 272, for more information.
